Short answer: SmartCash, the cash flow forecasting web app from JMS Dev Lab, costs $9.99 a month (Starter), $24.99 a month (Professional) or $49.99 a month (Enterprise). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no card. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly.

The three plans
- Starter, $9.99 a month. 1 workspace, dashboard and cash runway, 3 report types (cash flow statement, transaction detail, executive summary), CSV import and export, up to 3 alert rules, email support.
- Professional, $24.99 a month. Up to 5 workspaces, the monthly cash flow forecast, what-if scenarios, all 8 report types plus the store comparison, unlimited alert rules, priority email support.
- Enterprise, $49.99 a month. No workspace limit and everything in Professional.
Trial and billing
- All plans have a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start. The trial starts when you verify your email address.
- There is no free plan.
- Billing is monthly in US dollars. You can cancel at any time from account settings.
Where it runs
SmartCash is a web app that runs in your browser at app.smartcashapp.net. It is not listed on the Shopify App Store (checked 3 November 2026), and it does not connect to bank accounts.
Not to be confused with
This SmartCash is a cash flow forecasting app for small businesses, made by JMS Dev Lab in Ireland. It is not the SmartCash (SMART) cryptocurrency, and it is not any of the banks, mobile-money services, payment cards or cash-handling machines that use the name SmartCash or Smart Cash in other countries.
