1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using SmartCash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Description of service

SmartCash is a Shopify application that provides cashflow management, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and scenario analysis for Shopify store owners. The app syncs order data from your Shopify store to generate financial insights.

3. Subscription and billing

SmartCash offers three subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Data accuracy

SmartCash provides financial insights based on the data available from your Shopify store. While we strive for accuracy, SmartCash is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. Forecasts are statistical projections, not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying financial data and making your own business decisions.

5. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. SmartCash is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

6. Your data

You retain full ownership of your data. SmartCash accesses your Shopify store data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the app without permission

8. Limitation of liability

SmartCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
